THINGS TO KNOW FOR WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
  • We have a zero alcohol policy.
  • We will not allow persons affected by alcohol or drugs to use the facility.
  • No aggressive behaviour - abuse towards the staff or other patrons will not be tolerated
  • Children between 11 and 18 must be supervised at all times
  • Dress Codes at the gun range gold coast:
    • Enclosed shoes.
    • Recommended: No loose fitting tops (fired casings will fly around & are HOT). It is recommended to wear a shirt that goes up to the neckline OR bring in a jacket to put over the top.
  • Your allocated time slot is your time slot (We are very busy at times so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for check-in process)
  • Your booking is subject to cancellation if you supply misleading or false information.
Age requirements
  • Minimum 11 Years Old (but under 18 must have adult supervision).
  • All participants over the age of 18 will need to provide valid original photographic identification (e.g. drivers licence, passport, NSW Photo Card). NO PHOTOGRAPHS OR PHOTOCOPIES CAN BE ACCEPTED.
  • Any participants between the ages of 11 and 18, must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be required to provide photographic identification.
CHecks | QLD POLICE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS | DATA RETENTION
  • All participants must fill in a Queensland Declaration by Unauthorised Person for Use of Weapons (Form 33).
  • Download the form HERE
  • Data captured on the forms is securely retained at GCISC for three years (QLD Police Service requirement) then will be destroyed. No use of information for marketing or other purposes is permitted.

Is the consumption of alcohol prohibited at the GCISC?

You are not permitted to use firearms if you are affected by alcohol or drugs. This is at the absolute discretion of management and no refund will be given.

Do you have a dress code?

Enclosed shoes are required. Recommended: No loose fitting tops (casings will fly around & are hot!!)

Do I need a license?

No! You do not need a Firearms License to shoot at Gold Coast Indoor Shooting Centre. We are open to the public to come and experience the thrill of shooting handguns in a safe and secure environment.

Can my child shoot?

Children must be at least 11 years old to shoot. Children and young adults between the ages of 11 and 17 must be supervised by a member of your group at all times.

How old do you have to be to shoot at GCISC?

You must be aged 11 or older to shoot at Gold Coast Indoor Shooting Centre. Persons aged 11 to 17 must be under the supervision of a responsible adult aged 18 or older.
